Spending responsibly with Genoapay

Tips and resources

Spending Responsibly

Ensure you can afford the instalments

If you don’t have a regular income that will cover the weekly Genoapay instalments then you should not use Genoapay as a payment option

Don’t miss payments

If your weekly payment is declined there is a $10 default fee charged to your account. To avoid any fees and keep Genoapay free to use, make sure that you have sufficient funds available in your account every week.

Communicate with us

If you need to move an instalment day then let us know as soon as you can and we can move the payment to a more convenient cycle

Do you really need it?

If you don’t really need it then perhaps simply save your money for another day

Keeping track

When you login to your Genoapay account you can track all of your current purchases and monitor when your next automatic payments are due.

Don’t worry, we notify you via email the day before each payment will be taken, so you can double check the funds are available.

Just like a bank account you can see your available funds at any time.

Tracking payments is really important because we want you to keep Genoapay fee free.
